Oh my goodness! I'm obsessed with this place! The salon is beautiful. Bella is the greatest! She is a perfectionist on nails, you can tell she actually enjoys what she does. Booked a Gel-X appointment for Saturday afternoon. At first glance, the nail salon is small and I only saw two staff on hand. But the inside and decor is so cute. I also liked the music they had playing in the background, early 2000s pop/pop rock - throwback! Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and amazed by the final product. I showed my nail tech a Pinterest inspo pic and the nails actually turned out way better than the original. Love the spring/Easter aesthetic. Whole process took about 2.5 hours. $95 in total for removal of my old Gel-X set (that I got elsewhere) and this new one - though I can't recall if they charge extra for design. All in all, prices are average and reasonable for Alameda. What I really appreciate was how gentle, meticulous, and detail oriented she was. She especially took her time with the nail application and the floral design. She was super considerate and made sure to check with me that I was content with the shape of the nails, colors, and design. Quality of service deserves an A+. I might have found my regular go to nail spot. I'm excited to come back with new designs. Would highly recommend if you want clean, cute, and intricate designs. But be sure to book an appointment beforehand!

I love going to this place for gel x, and they are very good with their designs! The only downside is that side is that you will most likely have to be in the shop for 2-2.5 hours depending on the service that you. Gel x takes around 2.5 since they soak off each and every visit. Walk-ins are typically not accommodated, so make sure you make an appointment! If I had (or get) more time, I would definitely continue to come to this salon.
